Implementation
The implementation of any Information Management system is not just about the installation of technology. In fact, the technology typically accounts for about 20% of the project effort. Much more important are your people and the processes they use when performing their jobs.
We have based our implementation methodology on the Rational® approach. In our experience implementing these systems we have learned that this approach, combined with aspects of methodologies like DIRKS, works very well to deliver the desired solution. The diagram below shows our approach to implementation.
